Call recordings are personal data

A recorded call holds people's voices, names and numbers. We treat every recording that way.

What we keep

• Call recordings and voice notes your business sends in, and their transcripts.
• What comes out of them: to-dos, deadlines, complaints, material shortages.
• Contacts, sites and work details your team adds.
• The names, phone numbers and emails of the people in your business who use SbmSuite.

Why we keep it

Only to run SbmSuite for your business. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Service providers that store and process it for us do so under contract, only to run SbmSuite.

Who can see it

Only the people in your business you give access to. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business.

How long we keep it

Your business decides. Recordings and everything else stay until your business deletes them. If your business leaves SbmSuite, everything is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within 7 days.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies.
